Tanya Trazi, our board certified psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, has extensive experience working with both children and adolescents, offering psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management. Rayne Kennelly also provides psychiatric care for older adolescents as part of her broader practice. We take a family-centered approach to treatment, working closely with families, schools, and other providers to develop individualized, supportive care plans that meet the unique needs of each young patient.

Her primary focus is on adults, with some older adolescent patients as well. Rayne offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management, using a holistic approach that considers each individual's lifestyle and overall well-being to promote lasting mental health.
